A quick intro on our new Guardians and pets! Powerful AOE knockback skills are the strengths of Theodore, and Kaori silences enemies whilst granting ally-immunity to Silence. We’ve heard your requests for a Cynder healer, and Kaori is here to fill that role in your party! As for the 3 fluffy companions, their skills help gather Monster Souls and Guild Coins!

How to acquire the new guardians and pets
As with our other Guardian drops, new Guardians can be summoned through Prayer Slips, or through Calling Crystals.
Prayer Slips
You can purchase Prayer Slips on Eri’s Store, a reminder that there is a limited amount of Prayer Slips available for the sale. These begin on January 22, 2025 at 7:00AM AEDT. All Prayer Slips come with a chance of summoning a Pet.
- Regular Prayers have a 10% chance of summoning an additional pet alongside your Guardian.
- Premium Prayers have a 100% chance of summoning an additional pet alongside your Guardian. All pets are summoned as NFTs.
A reminder that all Premium Prayers also have an increased chance of summoning a Chroma variant of the Guardian. See below for the drop rates with premium prayers.
Calling Crystals
For this sale, we are offering an exclusive Calling Crystal bundle between January 20-22, 2025. Prices of Calling Crystals are significantly discounted (up to 75% off), so make sure you grab them before they run out!

As the game progresses on, we also need to consider guardians that have been around for some time and how accessible they are. As new guardians come into play, we want to ensure that your existing guardians, especially for those of you who have been loyal and dedicated to the game, are more exclusive and rare. For that reason, Gen 1 Guardians: Tian Long, Phoenicia, and Salve will not be dropped in the Gen 1 Guardian slot this time around. Don’t have these Guardians but you want them in your party?
