An upgrade to Refer A Friend

Invite your friends to Guild of Guardians and be generously rewarded! We’ve completely revamped “Refer A Friend” to give you an even better player experience and reward system! Referrers now have greater transparency on the rewards they can earn (plus some great new rewards!, whereas new players can now progress faster as they face off against the Dread (for the newcomers, the Dread are the terrifying foes you must defeat in order to save Elderym).

With this reboot to our referral feature, players can expect to get extra rewards, as new players (referees) progress faster in-game!

Referrers can earn Legendary Guardian Shards, as well as other in-game rewards that are sure to make an impact on your gameplay (especially in the amounts you’ll be rewarded with). For newcomers (referees) complete quests to earn in-game material and assets that help speed up the levelling up of your guardians!

Refer A Friend is available 12th of March 2025, 6pm AEDT (post maintenace).

TL;DR

• • Existing players (referrers) can invite their friends to play Guild of Guardians with a referral code, and earn generous rewards.
    
    • Referrers can earn Legendary Guardian Shards, Radiant Souls, Rubies, and other rewards
    • The more your friends progress through their quests, the bigger and better the rewards for you!
  • New players (referees) can earn real game-starter rewards that will help boost their party, and speed through the early dungeons!
    
    • In order to be considered a new player, the account must be no greater than 7 days old. Referees must apply their referral code within 7 days of opening an account, in order for both referrer and referee to earn rewards.
    • Complete quests to earn your rewards!

Instructions on how to get started!

For existing players

1. On the home screen (haven), you’ll see the new “Refer A Friend” icon. Click in. If it’s the first time entering, you’ll be guided with a tutorial.
2. Click on “Get Referral Code” to generate your referral code
3. Share the code with your friends!
4. Make sure your friends use your referral code within 7 days of creating their account.
5. Once your code is applied, you can see the quest completion progress of your friend(s). The above image shows 'pending joining'. This is replaced with your friend's player name, once they join using your referral code.
6. As your friends complete their quest(s), you’ll be able to claim your rewards. Have lots of rewards to claim? Click on GET ALL REWARDS!
7. Keep referring! The more you refer, the better your rewards! Phoenicia Shards can be claimed once you have 15 friends hit level 50!

For new players

1. Download Guild of Guardians! Once you have, create your account (it’s much simpler if you create one with an Immutable Passport!)
2. Once you’ve created your account and finished the tutorial, you’ll be taken to the home screen (haven).
3. On the top right navigation, locate the “Refer A Friend” icon. Click in.
4. You’ll be shown a field to enter your friend’s referral code. Paste it in and click APPLY. (A reminder that your account must be less than 7 days old)
5. That’s it! You can now complete quests and start earning rewards to speed run your progress! Build out your party of Guardians and start saving Elderym from the Dread!
6. Quests will progressively become more challenging to complete, but fear not! You can visit the shop to purchase additional materials to make it easier for your quests to be completed!
